Yes. Free, unlimited migrations are included with Let.com Web Hosting, WordPress Hosting and Reseller Hosting. You pay for your hosting plan, with no per-migration charge. Your plan’s resource limits still apply.
Is the automated tool available now?
Yes. Sign in to your customer portal, choose Hosting, open Manage for your package, and select Migrate Account. Our cPanel migration guide walks through the tool.
Can I move WordPress from a host without cPanel?
Yes, there are WordPress migration options beyond the cPanel tool. Follow our WordPress guide or contact the team for free assistance with your setup.
Can I move multiple reseller accounts?
Yes. The reseller workflow lets you select the cPanel accounts you want to migrate. Make sure your Let.com plan has the storage and resources to accommodate them.
How long does migration take?
The time depends on your website size, the source host and the amount of data. The cPanel tool shows progress during the transfer. Our team can help with timing for larger moves.
Does moving my website transfer my domain registration?
No. Hosting migration and domain registration transfer are separate. You can keep your domain with its current registrar and update DNS to point to Let.com when you’re ready.
What should I check before switching?
Keep a backup and confirm the destination before you start: migrating onto an existing account can overwrite its data. Test your pages, forms, logins, checkout and email setup before switching DNS. For an active store, plan how to handle orders placed during the move.
