USD, before tax. Resource allowances reset monthly. Monthly equivalents are rounded for display; the upfront total is exact. Term discounts apply at every renewal. The 48-month term includes 24 free months.

Paid-plan usage budgets cover on-demand usage beyond included resources and add-ons; they exclude the base plan charge. Pro defaults to $50; Team to $100. Budget controls are not an instant hard-stop guarantee. Free has a $0 hard stop. These plans include edge and build allowances. Container compute and database services are metered separately.

THE APP ROUTER, WITH A PLAN

Render where
it makes sense.

Next.js can pre-render content, execute server routes and hydrate interactive components. Choose the runtime around the features your app uses.

Next.js uses an OpenNext-compatible deployment path. Static exports cannot use server-only features. Review your Next.js version and required APIs against the adapter.
01

Server and client boundaries

Keep database access and private credentials in server code. Use client components for browser APIs and interactive state, with deliberate boundaries between the two.

02

Cache intentionally

Review which routes can be cached and which depend on the current user. Test revalidation and personalized pages against the selected deployment runtime.

03

Images and application data

Review your image optimization strategy and external image sources. Store persistent uploads separately from the application build output.

Global delivery · illustrated
A HOME FOR THE WHOLE APPLICATION

Small on setup.
Big on what’s built in.

Global CDN delivery and DDoS protection sit alongside the tools you use after launch.

Ship with context

Inspect deployment status and failures. Roll back application code when a release needs another pass.

Keep secrets server-side

Write-only secrets keep private credentials out of the frontend bundle and your repository.

Make it your domain

Connect your own domain and manage the application behind it.

Connect your data

Managed Postgres is available separately, with its own storage and compute billing.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Before your
next launch.

Do I need a server for every Next.js app?

No. A static export produces files you can serve without a Next.js server. Features such as server actions and request-time server rendering require a compatible runtime. Choose based on the features you use.

How should I handle Next.js environment variables?

Private credentials belong in server secrets. Variables prefixed with NEXT_PUBLIC_ can become part of the browser bundle. Treat them as public, and review build-time versus runtime values before deploying.

Can I use the free plan for a commercial project?

Yes. Commercial use is allowed on Free, Pro and Team. Free includes monthly allowances of 1M requests, 100 GB bandwidth, 10M ms of Edge CPU time and 100 build minutes, with a $0 hard stop.

How do the longer billing terms work?

The total term includes its free months: 12 months includes 2 free, 24 includes 6, 36 includes 15 and 48 includes 24. You pay the monthly base price for the remaining months. The same discount applies at every renewal. At 48 months, Pro is $336 upfront and Team is $600 upfront, before tax.

Can my AI assistant deploy through MCP?

Yes. Let.com connects hosting tools to MCP-compatible assistants. You can work with projects, deployments, server secrets and domains from your connected workflow. GitHub integration provides another route from your code to a release.

Does a plan include a database?

Managed Postgres is available as a separate service with separately metered storage and compute. Container compute is also metered separately from the edge and build allowances shown in the hosting plans. Keep database credentials in server secrets.
