Topics Outside Our Scope of Support

We work very hard to make sure sure that your cPanel and Softaculous apps work as expected. However, we are unable to offer much support with site design or specific customization of scripts or applications in Softaculous. While we'll work to help in any way we can with Wordpress troubleshooting, we often cannot troubleshoot third-party WordPress themes and plugins. Other examples of topics beyond our scope of support include but are not limited to the following:

  • PHP
  • Perl
  • CGI
  • shell and bash commands
  • HTML
  • CSS

If you need significant assistance with design, coding, or customization of third-party scripts, we highly recommend that you reach out directly to the developers for those applications.

Although much of this is outside our scope of support, we have provided a list of common and popular third-party scripts, with some useful links to get started using several popular programs.
